About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with strong expertise in Atlassian tools , particularly Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket . In this role, you will design, customize, and optimize Jira workflows, automation, and integrations to support our Agile and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Jira Software , Jira Service Management , Confluence , and Bitbucket .
• Create and manage projects, workflows, issue types, custom fields, screens, permissions, and notification schemes .
• Build dashboards, reports, and SLA metrics for management and operational teams.
• Support Agile (Scrum / Kanban) and ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change) processes.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation .
• Use Groovy scripting with ScriptRunner to create custom validators, listeners, and post functions .
• Develop and manage REST API integrations with third-party tools.
• Perform Jira / Confluence upgrades , plugin compatibility checks, and migrations (Server → Data Center / Cloud).
