Experience : 5+ Years

CognitBotz Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Scrum Master and Project Delivery , along with exposure to Agentic AI and RPA technologies . The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring successful delivery of automation and AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead business requirement gathering and documentation processes.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
Oversee project delivery and agile execution as a Scrum Master.
Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for AI and RPA integration.
Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.

Hands-on experience or exposure to Agentic AI and RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.).

Proven track record in Agile / Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Scrum Master Certification (CSM / PSM) preferred.
