Job descriptionDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with common testing tools (e.g., Playwright). 1–2 years experience in software testing / quality assurance. Working knowledge of professional testing practices across the SDLC. Hands-on manual testing experience; ability to design, implement, and maintain test cases. Scripting ability (PowerShell or JavaScript) and working knowledge of SQL. Strong attention to detail, with a passion for learning and innovative technologies. Excellent English communication skills; comfortable engaging with users, engineers, and managers. Experience with virtual machines / hypervisors, Azure DevOps (ADO) build pipelines, and Azure environments. API testing experience (e.g., Postman) and comfort working with JSON. ISTQB certification. Exposure to AI-assisted test generation tools (e.g., Copilot). Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute manual and automated tests for DEX content, solutions, and integrations across Web, Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Develop and maintain test cases for new functionality; run system, usability, regression, compatibility, and exploratory suites (with automation where appropriate).
- Partner with engineering to shape features for maximum testability and enable robust functional / automated testing.
- Contribute to test planning, development, execution, and run reporting throughout the lifecycle; support testing strategies and techniques.
- Identify, isolate, document, troubleshoot, and track defects.
- Communicate test results and quality risks to product and leadership stakeholders.
