What we are looking for :

Role : Business Analyst Intern

Location : Bengaluru

Duration : 3 (with a potential for extension)

Experience Required : Recent graduates with strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for solving business problems.

What you'll do :

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product requirements
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather insights to shape product direction
Translate business goals into user stories, workflows, and wireframes
Assist in preparing business cases, documentation, and feature specifications
Support product roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking
Analyze product performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements
Participate in stakeholder meetings and communicate key findings and recommendations

Our ideal candidate :

Is pursuing or has completed a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Has basic knowledge of tools like Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and optionally Notion, Jira, or Confluence

Is comfortable working with data, charts, and user feedback to drive decisions

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Is a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn

Is excited about startups and how products evolve from idea to market
