About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who can bring stories to life through stunning visuals, powerful transitions, and strong storytelling sense.

From emotional astrology-based storytelling to high-converting Meta Ads and cinematic product videos — you’ll be leading the full post-production pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end video editing for brand campaigns, YouTube, reels, Meta / Google Ads, and promotional films.
  • Develop storyboard direction, visual rhythm, and narrative tone for brand and ad content.
  • Collaborate with the creative, content, and strategy teams to shape ideas from concept to final cut.
  • Supervise and mentor junior editors — maintaining quality, consistency, and brand tone.
  • Work on color grading, sound design, and motion transitions to elevate overall video quality.
  • Optimize formats for all platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Website).
  • Manage storage, project files, and maintain an organized editing workflow.
  • Stay updated with new editing styles, reel trends, AI-based tools, and VFX techniques.

Required Skills

  • Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop , and Audition / DaVinci Resolve .
  • Strong sense of timing, pacing, and sound sync .
  • Eye for detail — lighting, framing, and cinematic composition.
  • Skilled in color grading, LUT management, and motion graphics integration .
  • Ability to understand brand emotion and storytelling tone — spiritual, luxury, and aspirational.
  • Good understanding of social media ad formats and retention-first storytelling.

    • Preferred Background

  • Minimum 4+ years of professional editing experience.
  • Experience in ad agencies, D2C brands, or digital content production.
  • Understanding of YouTube / Instagram algorithm dynamics.
  • Leadership in managing editors, freelancers, and timelines.
