Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Head, located in Jaipur. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, analyzing sales data, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Head will also collaborate with the marketing and product teams to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.

Qualifications

Strong Sales and Sales Management skills

15-20 years experience

Experience in Team Management

Proficiency in Account Management

Excellent Analytical Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Previous experience in the jewellery industry is a plus
