Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and maintain solution frameworks, decks, and product notes for programs.
• Create case studies, success stories, and proof points to strengthen client conversations.
• Ensure solutions are reusable, scalable, and integrated into organizational knowledge repositories.
• Provide pre-sales and solution support to KAMs and leadership during client asks.
• Continuously track solution performance, feedback, and adoption in programs.
• Partner with program managers to align solutions with client objectives and delivery outcomes.
• Build outreach decks, newsletters, and engagement campaigns to promote program offerings.
• Capture and share success stories, testimonials, and program highlights with stakeholders.
• Strengthen client relationships through timely, structured, and proactive communication.
• Support leadership in external events, showcases, and outreach initiatives.

Education Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Technology / Business (Master’s preferred).

Year’s of Experience : 5- 10 years of Experience in solutioning, program management, or consulting.
