About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and growth-driven Social Media Manager to manage and scale our presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, and WhatsApp Channels, specifically for our NEET preparation vertical.
This role demands strong EdTech understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to create content that resonates with students while driving measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Plan, design, and execute platform-specific social media strategies for the NEET category.
Develop engaging content including posts, reels, shorts, stories, and community updates.
Ensure content accuracy and relevance through coordination with academic and creative teams.
Manage daily operations across all channels and maintain consistent brand presence.
Growth & Performance Marketing
Analyse performance data regularly to identify trends and improve content effectiveness.
Run data-driven strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
Work with algorithms of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to optimise content distribution.
Implement SEO practices for YouTube and social platforms to maximise organic growth.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify gaps and new opportunities.
Community Management
Engage with students through comments, messages, polls, community posts, and live sessions.
Build and maintain an active online community for NEET aspirants.
Campaign Planning & Coordination
Plan and execute campaigns around NEET exam cycles, product launches, webinars, and results.
Collaborate with design, video, academic, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
Requirements
3–4 years of social media management experience.
Mandatory experience in EdTech (NEET or competitive exam category preferred).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and data-driven performance optimisation.
Experience with SEO for social media and YouTube.
Good analytical, communication, and creative thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment in Indore.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
