    • Job Requirements

    • Proven experience in service and operations management within the BFSI industry.
    • Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
    • Experience in managing budgets and resources to achieve operational goals.
