Corporate Travel Consultant

Accountabilities :

• Provide exceptional traveler care and customer services to corporate clients
• Accurately complete end to end travel requirements both international and domestic travel arrangement for air, hotel, rail, request for ticketing, fares, routings and visa request for corporate travelers.
• Incumbent should have good knowledge of domestic and International critical itineraries – geographical knowledge is mandatory
• Open to work 24 / 7 environment, roster off, week end working, public holidays and festivals
• Managing building relationship with VFS and embassies plus vendors in order to get timely confirmations
• Co-ordinate internally with departments to ensure quick resolution for the customer to adhere SLA
• Ensure latest updated policies, procedures, desk instructions are read and complied
• Excellent customer service and communications skills – written and verbal
• Providing consultative multi-country routings for best fares and preferred carrier usage. Counsel clients on efficient routings for lowest logical fares and preferred carrier usage in co-ordination with clients travel polices
• Research and resolve client inquiries / issues at point of sale, coach develop and mentor peers, new / junior travel consultants
• Comply with all legal and industry standards. Embrace the role of providing superior consultative value to clients versus just being an order taker
• Ensure each PNR contains standard documentation and document any exceptions handled during the reservations process
