Business Analyst Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Perform data analysis using SQL to validate requirements, support decision-making, and troubleshoot issues.
- Work closely with product owners, developers, and testers in an Agile / Scrum environment.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and sprint planning sessions with stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives.
Required Skills & 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technical / IT projects.
