Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Manager – Finance with over 7 years of experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in GST, TDS, invoicing, SAP, Excel, and finalization of accounts . This role demands a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate entries in SAP.
• Handle GST filing , reconciliation, and compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Manage TDS calculations , deductions, payments, and returns (Form 26Q, 27Q, etc.).
• Oversee invoice generation (sales / purchase) and ensure proper documentation and tax treatment.
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor / customer account reconciliations.
• Lead the finalization of accounts , including preparation of Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors.
• Prepare and manage MIS reports, cash flow statements, and other financial summaries.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications :

Preferred Skills :

Knowledge of income tax, ROC filings, and payroll accounting.
