Key Responsibilities :
- Revenue generation through different sales channels and Multimedia solutions
- Make sales calls and be on ground to ensure client meetings are closed
- Prepare client proposals & presentations
- Plan weekly sales cycle by doing account mining of the allocated accounts through client meetings accordingly
- Prepare sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc. and ensure adherence of such processes
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies in the person's portfolio
Market Information
Conduct competition tracking and monitor on frequent basisUnderstand detailed client spends at a brand level and then develop Go to Market approachTo look at broader perspective, think through ideas and create solutions for clients via upselling & cross selling of various propertiesMedia tracking to generate prospectsProvide written brief to programming for the spot / commercial based on inputs from client / agencyEnsure that ROs and TOs are appropriately generated and the spots are scheduled accordingly (through the sales coordinator and scheduler)Ensure pricing is maintained as per stipulated targetWork to bring the core brand creative to life by designing a multimedia solutions interactive campaigns for clients including On ground, Digital, Content, Media and PRFollow up and ensure that monies are collected on time including sending appropriate reminders to clients and agencies for paymentPeople Management
Monitor, coach and mentor team members in closing large value sales closures by meeting & building relationships with decision makers of key accountsConceptualise and implement monetizable opportunities and motivate the team to sell the ideaIdentify right talent and invest time in developing them by frequent feedback on their performanceSkills Required :
MBA / PGDM with 8-12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing from any IndustryPersonal Attributes :
