About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in Copilot agent development and context engineering This role is pivotal in designing intelligent contextaware AI systems that enhance user productivity and decisionmaking across enterprise applications

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Copilotstyle AI agents for enterprisegrade applications

Architect and implement contextaware systems that dynamically adapt to user intent workflows and domainspecific knowledge

Collaborate with product managers UX designers and data scientists to deliver seamless AI experiences

Develop and optimize prompt engineering frameworks memory systems and retrievalaugmented generation RAG pipelines

Integrate LLMs eg GPT Claude Gemini with structured and unstructured data sources to enhance agent capabilities

Ensure scalability reliability and security of AI solutions in production environments

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI development and deployment

Required Qualifications

8 years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in AIML or LLMbased systems

Proven experience building Copilot agents virtual assistants or intelligent automation tools

Strong understanding of context engineering including memory management user modeling and personalization

Proficiency in Python JavaScript or similar languages used in AI development

Experience with LLM APIs OpenAI Anthropic Google etc and orchestration frameworks LangChain Semantic Kernel etc

Familiarity with vector databases eg Pinecone Weaviate FAISS and embedding models

Excellent problemsolving communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms eg Microsoft 365 Salesforce ServiceNow

Knowledge of prompt tuning finetuning and evaluation of LLMs

Exposure to multimodal AI systems text image voice

Contributions to opensource AI projects or publications in the field"

Mandatory Skills

• hands-on experience with Copilot & LLM and Context Engineering
• Knowledge of Python
