Resolve technical issues raised by customers around the ServiceNow platform.
Deliver excellent customer experiences across channels – web, chat, email, phone, and case updates.
Use your knowledge, combined with diagnostic tools, to isolate and fix root causes.
Manage challenging support cases, and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
Provide valuable feedback for product and process improvements based on real-world issues.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of web application stack components
Proficient in AngularJS and dynamic HTML : AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML
Basic Object-Oriented Programming skills (Java strongly preferred)
Good understanding of SQL
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
Experience analyzing logs and using standard debugging tools
Background in web development is highly desirable
Familiarity with tools such as incident management, knowledgebase systems, and escalation workflows
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

Experience working with Client Scripts, UI Policies / Actions / Pages / Scripts / Macros)
Knowledge of Virtual Agent and Agent Workspace configuration
Understanding of Bootstrap framework and message communication protocols
Working knowledge of JavaScript
Experience with Eclipse IDE
Previous roles in software development or consulting
Experience troubleshooting e-commerce platforms (catalog, cart, payment systems)
Prior support experience with SaaS products
