Job description

Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead QA Engineer to help us scale our software development processes.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement quality standards and best practices for the QA team
Design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing
Evaluate and maintain QA processes across Web, Mobile, Backend, and Infrastructure
Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development
Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes
Manage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platforms
Create and maintain detailed test documentation and reporting

Requirements :

MSc / BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience

5+ years in QA, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Hands-on experience with automation tools : Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack

Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript

Experience testing Web, Mobile, and Backend

Performance testing experience (JMeter, K6)

Solid understanding of Git, CI / CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Experience working in startups and remote teams

Self-driven, organized, and proactive
