Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Indore. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing information about the courses offered, and assisting them in the enrollment process. The role also includes maintaining records of communication, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for prospective students. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle queries professionally are key aspects of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Persuasive and negotiation skills for engaging with prospective students
• Organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining communication records
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or telecalling role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in any field is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet targets
