🔹 Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for both tech and non-tech positions across departments.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal networks, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates, and coordinate interview processes.
Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams, maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Maintain and update the hiring tracker with real-time progress.
Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple open roles and tight timelines.
Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and contribute to strategic hiring decisions.
🔹 Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience , preferably in a fast-growing startup or tech environment.
Strong experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about hiring the right talent.
