🔹 Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both tech and non-tech positions across departments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates, and coordinate interview processes.
- Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams, maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the hiring tracker with real-time progress.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple open roles and tight timelines.
- Suggest improvements to recruitment processes and contribute to strategic hiring decisions.
