Role Overview :
We’re seeking a HORECA Collection Manager to lead engagement and operations for high-footfall waste generators such as hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HORECAs). You’ll be responsible for onboarding partners, setting up pickup schedules, and ensuring consistent waste recovery from these sources.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and onboard HORECAs across Goa for waste pickup under DRS.
- Build and manage a schedule for pickups and ensure execution with fleet partners.
- Serve as point-of-contact for HORECA partners, resolving any service issues.
- Train HORECA staff on segregation practices and storage protocols.
- Coordinate with Fleet Manager for timely pickups and route planning.
