Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation of Supply Chain modules within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations including Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales Order Processing, Warehouse Management, and Production Control.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, identify gaps, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize D365 F&O supply chain modules to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, manufacturing, and IT to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for supply chain operations and D365 F&O capabilities.
- Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain related issues post-implementation.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest D365 F&O updates, features, and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 6 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain Consultant or similar role.Strong expertise in D365 F&O Supply Chain modules : Inventory Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Production Control.Hands-on experience with configuration, setup, and customization within D365 F&O.Solid understanding of supply chain processes including demand forecasting, procurement, order fulfilment, inventory control, and logistics.Experience with integration of D365 F&O with third-party systems and external logistics / shipping providers.Proficient in analysing business processes and translating them into technical requirements.Experience with data migration tools and techniques within D365 F&O.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users and technical teams.Preferred :
Experience working in manufacturing industries.
