System Administrator Role

MGT-Commerce, a cloud hosting services provider on Amazon Web Services (AWS), seeks a skilled System Administrator to ensure the smooth operation and security of our clients' systems hosted on our managed hosting platform.

As an AWS Advanced Technology Partner, we offer expert support to clients worldwide, delivering optimized performance and security through our tailored technology stack and solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Linux-based servers hosted on our platform, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high availability and reliability for our clients' systems.

In addition, the successful candidate will configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services, collaborate with clients to understand their hosting requirements, and provide technical support and solutions.

• Manage and maintain Linux-based servers hosted on our managed hosting platform.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability for our clients' systems.
• Configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to support our managed hosting services.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hosting requirements and provide technical support and solutions.

Key Requirements :

To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience as a System Administrator in a managed hosting environment, strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and shell scripting, hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM, and excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A familiarity with web hosting control panels is also desirable.
