Senior D365 CRM Consultant

Job Overview :

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior D365 CRM Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement custom D365 CRM solutions, including entities, forms, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop client-side scripts using JavaScript and TypeScript, and extend functionality using C# and .NET.
• Create Power Automate flows to automate business processes and integrate systems.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide data-driven insights.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership to junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with new features and recommend continuous improvements to enhance our CRM solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA.
