introduce our world-class solutions to new enterprises in the Middle East.
The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you will be the engine of our sales growth in the
Middle East. You will focus on outbound prospecting , acting as the first point of contact for potential
clients in the UAE, KSA, and wider GCC region.
Your goal is simple : identify the right companies that need our SaaS & IT solutions, spark interest,
and set up qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities
∙ Regional Prospecting : Execute targeted outbound campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Cold Calls)
focusing on mid-to-large enterprises in the UAE, KSA, Kuwait and Bahrain .
∙ Consultative Selling : Articulate the value of our partner ecosystem (e.g., how Freshworks
improves IT service delivery or how SecPod secures endpoints) to IT Directors and C-level
decision-makers.
∙ Lead Qualification : Vet inbound leads and outbound prospects to ensure they meet
Workdeft’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) before handing them off to the sales team.
∙ Cultural Navigation : Navigate Middle Eastern business hierarchies effectively, understanding
the importance of relationship-building and local business etiquette.
∙ Pipeline Management : Maintain rigorous data hygiene in our CRM, logging every call, email,
and interaction to ensure accurate forecasting.
∙ Market Intelligence : Stay updated on digital transformation trends in the Middle East to
tailor your pitch to the specific pain points of regional businesses.
What We Are Looking For
∙ Experience : 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales , preferably within SaaS, IT
Consulting, or Tech Services .
∙ Regional Expertise : Solid understanding of the Middle East market landscape; experience
selling to the GCC region is a major advantage.
∙ Communication : English : Exceptional verbal and written skills are a must.
∙ Tech-Savvy : Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts (ITSM, CRM,
Cybersecurity) and explain them simply.
∙ Tool Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and prospecting tools (e.g.,
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha).
∙ Resilience : You possess a "hunter" mentality—you are self-motivated, persistent, and not
discouraged by rejection.
