The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end India recruitment, from cold calling and sourcing to technical screening, candidate management, and successful placement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a strategic thinker, and already experienced in leveraging AI tools in recruitment. Previous experience hiring for Salesforce and Oracle roles is essential. The recruiter must also be adept at handling the unique challenges of India recruitment, such as dropouts, counteroffers, salary negotiations, and long notice periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Perform strong technical screenings to evaluate candidates for IT and technical roles.
- Source and recruit for Salesforce, Oracle, and other enterprise technology roles across India.
- Handle India-specific recruitment challenges (dropouts, counteroffers, notice period management, salary benchmarking, and competitive offers).
- Use cold calling, networking, and advanced sourcing tools (including AI-driven platforms) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Apply AI in recruitment (resume parsing, talent mapping, candidate engagement, predictive analytics) to enhance efficiency.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Stay updated with current recruiting trends, AI innovations, and market insights to optimize hiring.
- Provide a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
- Deliver consistent results by filling open roles with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in end-to-end India recruitment in IT / technical hiring.Strong expertise in sourcing, cold calling, and pipeline management.Proven ability to conduct technical screening and assess candidate capabilities effectively.Hands-on experience with AI recruitment toolsDemonstrated success in recruiting for Salesforce and Oracle roles.Deep knowledge of India recruitment challenges (dropouts, counteroffers, notice periods, salary negotiations).Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, thrive under pressure, and deliver within tight timelines.Skills Required
