Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Software Sales Representative with 1-2 years of proven sales experience (ideally in B2B, Tech, or SaaS). You will be a critical part of our revenue engine, responsible for the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals with small to mid-sized businesses.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Proactively research, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Pipeline Management : Manage a growing pipeline of leads, accurately forecasting sales and achieving monthly / quarterly targets.
- Product Expertise : Become an expert in our software platform and its competitive advantages, delivering compelling product demonstrations.
- Consultative Selling : Understand customer business challenges and demonstrate how our SaaS solution can solve their pain points and drive ROI.
- Negotiation & Closing : Structure and negotiate contracts to successfully close new business deals.
- CRM Usage : Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all sales activity in our CRM ( [e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot] ).
