Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Scrub Nurse located in Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad. The Scrub Nurse will be responsible for preparing the operating instruments for microsurgery, ensuring all necessary equipment are in pristine condition before and after the surgery, assisting the surgical team before and after procedures. Other daily tasks include providing immediate support to the surgeon and other medical professionals, and managing postoperative instrument care.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive OT knowledge to provide instrumentation support to surgeons
• Knowledge in Medicine to understand operation theatre needs and surgical procedures
• Experience in Microvascular Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery to assist in specialized procedures
• Operating Room skills to ensure a sterile and efficient surgical environment
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications and licensure in nursing
