Project Coordinator

We are looking for an Executive to support the smooth functioning of a community-focused initiative. The role is primarily operational and administrative, involving coordination, communication, and day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate between internal teams and project stakeholders.

Manage registrations, data entry, and maintain updated project records.

Support scheduling, documentation, follow-ups, and email communication.

Assist in organizing online / offline meetings, webinars, and events.

Ensure timely updates, tracking, and smooth execution of project activities.

Requirements Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in coordination, admin, or outreach roles.

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Comfortable with digital tools (email, spreadsheets, online platforms).

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage work independently.

Preferred : Experience working on community initiatives, nonprofit programs, CSR activities, or social-impact projects.
