What You’ll Do :
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with a strong accounting background, to take ownership of financial reporting, MIS preparation, compliance, and audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has hands-on experience in managing accounting books, GST
compliance, and audits. This role is more accountancy-focused, perfect for someone looking to apply their CA firm experience in a fast-paced NBFC environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, review, and maintain MIS reports for management and regulatory purposes.
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and other applicable tax filings.
- Assist with internal and statutory audits, coordinating with auditors and ensuring timely completion.
- Manage accounting books, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with Ind-AS and RBI guidelines for NBFCs.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis from an accounting perspective.
- Implement and maintain accounting policies, processes, and internal controls.
- Manage investor relations by preparing financial decks / MIS, maintaining accurate data, addressing investor queries, and supporting fundraising due diligence and communications.
What We’re Looking For :
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably from a CA firm.Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind-AS), GST, and other statutory regulations.Hands-on experience in MIS preparation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.Familiarity with NBFC accounting practices is a plus.Proficient in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Why Join Us?
