Client Support & Project Coordinator

We’re Hiring – Client Support & Project Coordinator (Night + Day Shift Hybrid)

Trawlii Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic professional who can be the bridge between our US clients and our India team.

Shift : 3-4 hrs (Night – US Client Communication) + 4-5 hrs (Day – India Team Coordination)

Location : Work from Home

What you’ll do :

• Talk to US clients, share project updates, and manage tickets.
• Coordinate with our Indian technical team to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication.

Who should apply :

2–5 years’ experience in Client Support / Project Coordination / Technical Account Management.

Strong English communication skills.

Good understanding of websites, software & apps (not coding, but functional knowledge).

Comfortable working in partial night shift.
