Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead ERP implementation projects with a focus on HR modules. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing ERP programs across any leading platform (Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Kronos, etc.), driving HR process transformation, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP HR implementations covering Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management.Work closely with business stakeholders to capture HR requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.Define project plans, deliverables, budgets, and schedules while managing scope and risks.Manage cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical developers, QA, and business users.Oversee system configuration, customization, integration, and testing across ERP platforms.Ensure ERP HR systems comply with statutory regulations, payroll compliance, and data security requirements.Drive change management, user training, and adoption across global teams.Prepare and present executive updates, dashboards, and governance reports.Partner with vendors / implementation partners to ensure smooth delivery and post-go-live support.Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT / ERP project management experience, with at least 5+ years in ERP HR implementations.Strong understanding of HR processes (Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Compensation, Benefits, Performance & Talent).Proven delivery experience in any major ERP platform (Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Kronos, or similar).Hands-on knowledge of integration, data migration, and reporting in ERP environments.Strong knowledge of Agile / Waterfall methodologies, project planning, and delivery governance.Excellent stakeholder communication, team leadership, and vendor management skills.
