Role Overview :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist / Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment for Melhor Group. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and hire top talent across various departments while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics.
- Draft and post job advertisements on portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification.
- Support HR team in employee engagement and onboarding activities.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate or service-oriented sectors.Strong sourcing skills (Naukri.com, , job portals, networking etc).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions simultaneously.Exposure to real estate or property management recruitment.Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Job Location : - North Goa
