Job description

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering systems.

Diagnose faults in HVAC, power distribution, control systems, and structural components.

Maintain and update technical documentation, maintenance logs, and compliance records.

Collaborate with design and operations teams to improve system reliability and reduce downtime.

Ensure adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and engineering codes.

Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of maintenance supplies.

Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.

Liaise with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and upgrades.
