Position Summary

A Nursing Tutor is responsible for teaching, supervising, and mentoring undergraduate nursing students in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings. The role includes guiding students in seminars, discussions, and presentations, assisting in their academic evaluation, and maintaining accurate student records. Nursing Tutors also participate in counselling and support programs to promote student well-being and professional growth.

Preferred Qualification :

M.Sc. (Nursing)

Minimum Qualification & Experience :

B.Sc. (Nursing) / P.B.B.Sc. (Nursing) with 1-year experience

Job description :

Teaching & Supervision

Participate in teaching and supervision of undergraduate nursing courses across classroom, laboratory, and clinical environments.

Coordinate with external lecturers to ensure comprehensive coverage of assigned courses.

Guide students in conducting seminars, discussions, and presentations to enhance practical and theoretical knowledge.

Student Assessment & Records

Participate in the evaluation of student performance through assessments, exams, and clinical evaluations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records for academic and clinical progress, ensuring compliance with institute standards.

Student Support & Counselling

Provide guidance and counselling through structured student support programs to foster personal and professional development.

Promote student well-being by addressing academic challenges, career aspirations, and holistic growth.
