Technical Lead

Position Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the end-to-end development and delivery of our cloud-based Property & Casualty Claims Management System . This role requires a hands-on technical expert who is equally comfortable with architecture and coding as they are with leading a team. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in modern Microsoft technologies , strong leadership qualities, and ideally, domain knowledge in insurance and claims processing.

Job Description :

• Serve as the technical owner of the Claims product line, ensuring high-quality design, implementation, and support of software components.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a cross-functional team of developers, QA, and analysts.
• Architect and develop scalable solutions using C#, ASP.NET, Angular, SQL, and Microsoft Azure .
• Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices including microservices architecture, GIT workflows, and continuous integration.
• Experience integrating with third-party insurance platforms or data providers (e.G., CCC, Verisk, LexisNexis).
• Familiarity with containerization (e.G., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure -as-code concepts.
• Perform and oversee code reviews to ensure coding best practices and maintainable, secure codebases.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Business Stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Facilitate technical decision-making and promote engineering excellence across the team.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, root cause analysis , and resolution for complex system issues.
• Support and enhance DevOps processes and cloud infrastructure automation where applicable.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, bringing innovative solutions and ideas to the platform.

Qualification :

Education : - BE / B. Tech / MCA

Experience - 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or architecture role.

Working days : 5 days a week

Manager : This role reports into Project Manager
