About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Professor – Entrepreneurship who can inspire, mentor, and lead students in their entrepreneurial journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, practical industry experience, and a deep understanding of innovation, start-ups, and business model development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Entrepreneurship, Start-up Management, Innovation, and related subjects.
- Design and deliver curriculum that blends academic theory with real-world practice.
- Mentor and guide students in developing business plans, incubation ideas, and entrepreneurial ventures.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals.
- Collaborate with entrepreneurship cells, incubation centers, and external startup ecosystems.
- Organize guest lectures, seminars, and workshops with industry leaders and entrepreneurs.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.
- Participate in departmental activities and university-wide initiatives.
Required Qualifications :
MBA / Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship / Management / Business Administration or relevant discipline from a recognized university. (NET / SET preferred)Minimum 2–5 years of teaching / research / industry experience.Strong record of research publications in peer-reviewed journals.Preferred Experience and Skills :
Experience working with startups, incubators, or innovation hubs.Proven record of student mentoring and startup project guidance.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to integrate technology and modern pedagogy in teaching.
