The Odoo Functional Consultant (Accounting) works alongside the Operations Team and is required to help ensure the client's workflow is set up in the best possible way in Odoo. They are to utilise industry best practice and workflow, understand the client's requirements clearly, and work with the team to implement this in a timely and high-quality manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates a detailed workflow schedule on Odoo based on strict deadlines
- Setup Odoo in the best possible way to optimise the clients requirements
- Support the onboarding of new ERP projects to ensure clients’ expectations are met
- Helps the team finish work on time and on schedule, without compromising quality and maintains highest productivity
- Communicate with the client and address concerns escalated by clients or team members
- Communicate client issues with the team and devise ways of improving the client’s experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Use our in-house project management system to communicate with clients, work through tasks and log times, etc.
- Review / Audit current customer solutions to ensure the system is working according to the clients’ expectations.
- Remote support for existing clients for Xero, DEAR and other in-house systems
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Perform other tasks assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
It would be preferred that you have an IT degree / diploma.Preferred also that you have an accounting degree / diploma.
