The Operations operations and productions manager is responsible for the smooth planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role ensures that all logistical, vendor, and client requirements are managed efficiently from pre-event to post-event stages.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with clients, venue teams, and vendors for event logistics and permissions.
- Prepare event timelines, checklists, and manpower plans.
- Manage on-site operations including setup, registration, guest movement, and dismantling.
- Supervise vendors for F&B, housekeeping, security, transport, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and venue regulations.
- Handle budgeting, billing, and cost control for operations-related expenses.
- Maintain daily coordination with production and creative teams for seamless delivery.
