Role : Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS
Location : Bangalore / Pune
Compensation : Up to ₹14 LPA Fixed + Uncapped Variable
What you’ll do :
- Drive outbound prospecting and build top-of-funnel pipeline for SaaS solutions
- Engage with decision-makers via calls, emails & outreach
- Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Work closely with Account Executives to exceed revenue targets
What we’re looking for :
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales / SDR roles (SaaS preferred, but not mandatory)Excellent communication and storytelling skillsHigh energy, resilience, and a hunter mindsetAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
