Job description

Role : Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS

Location : Bangalore / Pune

Compensation : Up to ₹14 LPA Fixed + Uncapped Variable

What you’ll do :

  • Drive outbound prospecting and build top-of-funnel pipeline for SaaS solutions
  • Engage with decision-makers via calls, emails & outreach
  • Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
  • Work closely with Account Executives to exceed revenue targets

What we’re looking for :

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales / SDR roles (SaaS preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • High energy, resilience, and a hunter mindset
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
