Job Description -

We're looking for an experienced ITSM ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. As a technical consultant, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to improve IT service management capabilities within our organization. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and tailor ServiceNow ITSM modules to optimize processes, ultimately improving service delivery and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Development : Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Implementation : Implement and support ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge management.
• Integration : Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, MID servers, and other tools.
• Technical Support : Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
• Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations.
• Process Improvement : Analyze information from ITSM tools and make sound recommendations for process improvements.
