We are expanding our engineering leadership team and are looking for a Lead Software Developer / Software Architect to drive backend architecture, API development, and enterprise-grade data ingestion systems.

Role Overview

You will architect and lead the development of backend systems, data pipelines, and cloud-native solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong documentation, design clarity, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Architecture : Design scalable backend systems, APIs, and data ingestion workflows.
• API Development : Build RESTful / GraphQL APIs using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Data Pipelines : Architect ingestion pipelines for structured & unstructured data.
• Cloud Engineering : Develop and optimize cloud-native solutions (Azure preferred).
• Technical Documentation : Own architecture docs, API contracts, and design specs.
• Architecture Diagrams : Create clear diagrams (Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio).
• Performance & Security : Ensure systems meet enterprise scalability and security standards.
• DevOps Collaboration : Work with CI / CD, IaC, Docker / Kubernetes.
• Team Leadership : Mentor developers, conduct reviews, drive engineering best practices.
• Cross-Functional Alignment : Partner with product, data, and business teams.
