We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The role requires proven expertise in handling end-to-end IT recruitment , stakeholder management, and closing critical positions within timelines. Key Responsibilities :
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent pipelines.
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit for the organization.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and reports for tracking and analysis.
