Hands-on experience in recruiting engineers, building onboarding programs, and creating successful teams. Background in marketplace businesses or insurance technology is highly desirable. Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and modern cloud architectures. Languages : Golang, Java, Python Infrastructure : Kafka, Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelines Cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
