Job Description

As a part of the US Healthcare - Inbound Voice Process, your primary responsibility will be to assist US-based customers with queries related to healthcare insurance. The role demands excellent communication skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and attention to detail.

Location : Mindspace, Building No – 2, Next to Airoli Railway Station, Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Shift : US Shift (Night Shift)

Weekly Off : Saturday & Sunday Off

Experience : Fresher / Experienced

Salary : ₹3.30 LPA (CTC)

Facility : One way (drop)

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound calls from US-based members regarding healthcare insurance, claims, policy details, and coverage.
  • Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorizations.
  • Document interactions appropriately and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly with a customer-first approach.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
  • Stay updated with system changes, policy updates, and meet quality and productivity targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong comprehension, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of business writing and email etiquette.
  • Customer service-oriented with polished soft skills.
  • Not pursuing any full-time educational course.
  • Comfortable with Work From Office and Night Shifts.
  • Willing to relocate within Transport Boundary (if outstation).
  • Note :

    Candidates with BPO experience and complete documents will be given preference.
