Junior Group Class Instructor – Freshers

About Us

Club Everstrong is a premium fitness & longevity studio that blends strength & conditioning training with advanced recovery protocols (ice baths, sauna, red light therapy, nutrition). We are hiring 4 passionate freshers (2 male, 2 female preferred) who want to grow into world-class group fitness coaches.

Role Overview

You’ll begin as an Assistant Instructor , supporting senior trainers in delivering high-energy group classes. Over time, you’ll be trained to lead your own sessions. Each class at Everstrong runs with 1 Lead Instructor and 2 Junior Assistants to ensure every member gets personal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior instructors during group classes (strength, conditioning, Hyrox-style formats).
• Help members with proper form, equipment setup, and motivation.
• Ensure safety and engagement during sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the training floor.
• Learn and gradually progress towards independently leading classes.
