IT Transformation Analyst

Workstream Coordinator Duties :

• Creation of documented migration / decommission plans with specific dates and milestones
• Seek out potential risks / issues for migration / decommission plans
• Coordinate with other workstream coordinators where overlap exists
• Tracking of progress for application migrations and decommissions across each assigned workstream
• Assistance with data collection and organization
• Coordination of task / plan executions
• Execution of various compliance activities and associated documentation execution per application / workstream
• Weekly / Monthly report outs
• Tracking of various activities :
• Discovery documentation
• Various data points around the applications for a given workstream
• Cost to achieve per application
• Savings plan per application
• Various KPIs per application and per workstream
• Creation and presentation of progress reports
