Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our users, ensuring their queries, concerns, and requests are resolved efficiently. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support to resolve customer queries promptly.
Guide customers through the usage of Visit Health’s app and services (OPD plans, health plans, teleconsultation, etc.).
Address complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Claims, Tech) to resolve customer issues.
Educate customers on new offerings, promotions, and features of Visit Health.
Meet daily / weekly performance targets on response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Collect and share customer feedback to improve processes and services.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred : Healthcare, Business, or related fields).
0–2 years of experience in Customer Service / Customer Support (healthcare experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written & verbal).
Strong problem-solving skills with empathy and patience.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital applications. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
