Position Purpose :

The Oracle ERP Technical Specialist will provide support and related implementations, including working with cross functional teams and providing project support.

This position will be involved in developing and maintaining system integrations, reports, and formulas within Oracle ERP Cloud.

Provide technical support for modules Oracle AP, AR, GL, Expenses, CM, and FA.

Primary duties will include :

• Provide technical support on projects and initiatives involving Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules, such as GL, AP, AR, Expenses, CM, and FA.
• Develop use and test cases to test the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and participate in the execution of such test cases.
• Provide support to the testing team and end users during the various test cycles; remediate and / or dispose of test case failures or anomalies.
• Support the project execution methodology, report on project progress, and aggressively identify and manage issues to closure.
• Participate in Cloud upgrade releases and new projects involving strategy, implementation, and support.
• Aid in key system processes (i. process of month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes) as needed
• Assist with functional testing of monthly, quarterly, and emergency patches.
• Coordinating with the groups of business users who test, validate, and evaluate new applications and functions to determine issues in services and software.
• Excellent Analytical Skills with a proven approach to troubleshooting and problemsolving techniques.
• Be familiar with the agile methodology and participate in agile sessions as needed.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience levels.
• Be comfortable working in an atmosphere of continual learning and process improvement.
• Build, leverage, and maintain effective relationships across technical and business communities.
