Role Overview We’re looking for a Revenue Management Executive who lives and breathes OTAs, numbers, and market insights.
You’ll be responsible for optimizing pricing strategies , analyzing data trends , and driving revenue growth across all online travel platforms.
This is a remote role , but the candidate must be based in Mumbai and equipped with a laptop and stable internet connection.
Key Responsibilities Manage revenue and pricing across MMT, Goibibo, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Airbnb, Cleartrip, and Easemytrip.
Implement dynamic pricing models and promotions to maximize occupancy and ADR.
Generate, analyze, and present daily / weekly performance reports.
Collaborate with internal teams on revenue and marketing strategies.
Take full responsibility for revenue generation and OTA performance.
✅ Qualifications Strong understanding of hotel or vacation rental revenue management.
In-depth knowledge of OTA platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or related field.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and AI-based pricing systems is a plus.
Compensation Starting salary : ₹15,000 / month
Salary review after 6 months (up to ₹20,000 / month based on performance)
Performance-based incentives linked to percentage of revenue generated
