Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in West Godavari. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing them with suitable insurance solutions. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, explaining various insurance policies, assisting with claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Proactive communication and effective problem-solving are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services across Motor, Health, Life, and Travel insurance
• Experience in customer relationship management and client servicing
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client objections
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
