@ GURGAON, Sr. VP / VP HR CORPORATE ( MANUFACTURING SPECIALIST ) required for one of the biggest apparel manufacturing group catering to some of the most popular International fashion Brands.

Salary; INR 66 - 72 Lacs PA / (nego)
S / he will be responsible to calibrate & implement most suitable and appropriate HR policies ( Best practices ) across all departments related to the manufacturing division
Will be responsible to drive Transformation, strategies, Policies, L&D in addition to Team building, Talent mapping, Talent retention, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, etc across all departments related to manufacturing vertical.
Must be strong in Training, assessing, monitoring, assisting, and driving social & labour performance across all the facilities / plants
Will be required to Lead, develop, train and support the implementation of Social & Labour strategies through the respective teams with special focus on WOMEN EMPOWERMENT, thus ensuring implementation of ethical and responsible practices and mitigating risks for the work force across all plants
Strong knowledge in Labour Rules & Labour Law with amendments is a must to be able to engage & drive continuous improvement strategies in partnership with the industry stakeholders such as Trade Unions / bodies, Accord, Business associations, NGO’s etc. to ensure strong relationships, as well as consideration of stakeholder perspectives into Brand’s Responsible Sourcing and Human Rights Due Diligence strategies for India Strengths in handling critical factory Labor rights cases and facilitate negotiations and resolution of the cases between employers and their representatives as well as workers and their representatives.
Creating understanding and close collaborations with the internal and external stakeholders.
Must be very confident, intellectual, well spoken & presentable to be able to make presentations to the international brands.
Experience in labor intensive manufacturing Industries is a must (Work experience in Apparel manufacturing industry at any point of time in the career is a Must)
Formal education in HR / MSW or other similar fields from reputed institutes is a must.
Must have excellent communication skills ( Written and Verbal ) and presentations skills.
Must have strong people and work management skills.
Must be a Strong leader and a team player.
Will be reporting to the COO
